Option 1: The Basics
Basic maintenance and oversight, best for when you're truly just starting out:
- Hosting on Rocket.net (optimized, secure, daily backups)
- WP Umbrella monitoring, with monthly reports
- Patchstack security through WP Umbrella
- Legal pages supported and updated when the laws update, by Termageddon or similar
- Monthly plugin updates (exception: security warnings trigger immediate updates on all plans)
- Access to MSWS empowering growth membership with group level support.
$74.00 per month for the first year.
Option 2: Elevated
Bigger, more inclusive and robust support for when you're growing:
- All Care Plan items on Option 1 included, plus enhancements —
- Bi-monthly plugin updates instead of monthly.
- Access to MSWS community membership plus access to monthly MSWS group growth-call
- Basic SEO support from SureRank
- Up to two (2) personal website services hours per month (these do not carry over month to month) for edits, amendments, and changes
- Basic support and monitoring of your SureCart products.
$92.00 per month, for the first year
Option 3: All-Inclusive
Our most inclusive and hands-on support option for
- All Care Plan items on Option 2 included, plus enhancements —
- Access to MSWS community membership, monthly growth call, and monthly Sure-product enhancement call.
- Pro SEO support from SureRank
- Up to five (2) personal website services hours per month (these do not carry over month to month) for edits, amendments, and changes
- Priority support and monitoring of your SureCart products, your SureDash, and/or your SureMembers.
$152.00 per month, for the first year
FYI – Hourly Rate Information:
Should you need more assistance than your Care Plan provides, we can always be booked at our hourly rate. Alternately, you may upgrade your Care Plan within the specified contractual window. For 2026, our hourly rate is as follows:
- Regular, scheduled website work: $75/hour
- Priority que website work: $125/hour
- Emergency or after-hours website work: $250/hour
Also keep in mind, answers and support can be found in the community, in monthly calls, and during your service hours.
